SAMSUNG 32" 720p LCD HDTV LNT3242H

Pros: The tv has a great picture, plenty of inputs, easy setup, easy menu's. Its sleek and stylish. I have a samsung monitor which has served me well. That fact, coupled with the editors choice award for best LCD TV under 32" made this my choice.

Cons: I dont have a HD DVD player yet.

Pros: Great TV so far. But I think anything is better than my old 24inch box TV. Got this mainly for xbox 360 gaming with HDMI and its done its job. Picture quality is great. Picture quality is so good it's actually thrown off my aiming in Halo 3.

Cons: After turning on the TV, there is a delayed 5 or 6 seconds to come on, but dosnt really bother me, just thought I'd throw that in here.

Pros: Good contrast, input types, sound is decent, picture quality overall is excellent for a lcd. For the Price, its an excellent deal.

Cons: Must press source button to switch from PC mode to HDMI or to Component. When switching from Video modes ( HDMI, PC, etc ) to cable channels, it leaves a few pixels at the top stuck at the prev challen and you must switch to another cable channel and back to clear it up. The input connections in the back are somewhat fragile though.

Other Thoughts: This is a good low cost, great value display if using it for a HDTV or watching SD channels. Get this over a 1080p with low contrast anyday. 1080p tv's at this price range have poor contrasts and believe me it is worth having a high contrast 720p display vs an 1080p low, unless you plan on getting above 42 inches or going to use it through a pc. This beats any vizio or walmart lcds by a large margin.

Pros: This is a great TV for the price and the fact that you get free 3 day shipping was great. After I received my TV, I was greatly impressed with the quality of the picture and viewing angle of the TV. So far I have used my Xbox 360 and an over-the-air antenna on this TV, and the picture quality in HD is better than what I expected. As for the speakers, they are actually pretty good for being onboard, they emit pretty decent sound. Another plus to this TV is 3 HDMI component connections, which isn't too common with LCD TVs below 40", though this may seem excessive, it will come in handy when more HDMI enable devices, like Blu-Ray or video games consoles, become available to connect to your TV.

Cons: So far there are hardly any problems or cons for this TV. The only thing that I would consider a con is the audible tone emitted by the TV when being turned off or on. Basically, the tone sounds like a 1980s arcade game, which is the only way to really describe the tone. However, this doesn't effect the overall quality of the TV.

Other Thoughts: All in all, this is a TV that gave me the most bang for my buck. It has both great quality picture and sound, that has continued to impress me. If this TV is in stock and you can get it for $xxx with free 3 day shipping, then this is a must buy for you. Though I was skeptical of getting a LCD TV, I did my research and read reviews before I made this purchase. Newegg does have great deals on some of their items, and this was a really great deal. The only thing that made me doubt whether to purchase this item was the Bulk Itme Return Policy, but if you inspect the item carefully when receiving it, all should be fine.

Pros: best investment yet. first lcd to own but used to work on them and never had a problem. amazing clarity and overall picture quality. using as dual purpose tv, both as a set and a monitor for my pc. menus and functionality are user friendly. so many options to adjust to your liking.

Cons: i didn't buy it from newegg because they were out of stock at the time. would've if i had the chance again.

Other Thoughts: i would have another one if i had the money to spare.

Pros: This is my third Samsung product and it is awesome. Plenty of inputs for everything. Newegg had the best price around as usual. Arrived in 4 days, no damage, everything works.

Cons: None yet.

Other Thoughts: I highly recommend the Rosewill swing arm mount for this LCD.

Pros: Bezel is beautiful. the panel used is an s-pva panel. 3 HDMI!.

Cons: My only con's are that the PIP is picky about what inputs it will use. I wish it had total function where you could have say your PC as the mainscreen, and then one of the inputs as the sub screen. But its not a big deal.

And the remote feels alittle cheap and can be un-responsive at times.

Pros: SAMSUNG! descrambles digital channels, excellent picture quality, good sound. very sexy tv. plenty of inputs. remote is programmable to control most every brand and add-on.

Cons: doesn't come with HDMI cable :(
plan an activity while this tv is auto-programming. it took at least 45 mins to search all air, cable, and digital channels.

Other Thoughts: buy this tv! you will not be disappointed. newegg covered the shipping and it came in only 2 days thanks to the man in brown. I couldn't be more happier with my first hdtv purchase for personal use. we purchased 3 of these and all are in perfect working order

Pros: Great for first 3 weeks. Great picture and features.Newegg service outstanding as usual. Love all the possible connections and options. Have read onwer manual thourghly several times as I do with all electronics.Very courtious Samsung people/associates locally-that's what makes the differnce..not that a product fails occasionally.

Cons: Color shift and all red background with constant black on red display. Seems to run rather warm at top of set-may be norm for set since compact? Placed two 4" fans at bottom back for heck of it(but noisy). Unit picked up for repair-say it will be about30+ days with holiday--that's ok. Electronics usually of all kinds usually fail early or last forever after "burn in". I was just unfortunate at the moment--it happens-patience. Think all will be well when it's returned.

Other Thoughts: Tech said possible internal fan failure (not sure there is one-I think it's strictly convection cooling. If overheated? I hope it doesn't shorten life of other components in long run? Extended warranties always free money..everybody knows this!
