The viewing area is very narrow, but in our case that is a benefit. All in all I really like these little guys and its becoming very difficult to find small tv's like this. First the picture was very dark and all you could see were silouettes of people. I went to turn it on one day and the screen was black. Other Thoughts: Please purchase the service plan with these smaller televisions. I purchased a plan and now I can purchase another television. Uses less energy. Cons: I really don't have any cons yet. Other Thoughts: I'm not an avid TV connoisseur, but this little TV is perfect for what I wanted. I wanted a small but good TV for my kitchen. This was the least expensive (except for refurbished) and works beautifully. I'm very happy that I decided on this one.
