2 out of 5 eggsHorrible

Pros: -Price

Cons: -Tv looks at times like I am watching TV/Movies at 20Hz.
-Sound is terrible, you get used to it but still terrible.
-File support for this TV is garbage. I though hey USB support cool, plugged a flash drive in with a few movies doesn't support anything I have tried AVI, MP4 and MKV they do not play. Why even put the feature in there if it doesn't work. You can't even find a manual that tells you what file types it supports.

Other Thoughts: Would not buy again.

1 out of 5 eggsCheap TV

Pros: None

Cons: Bought this TV at the end of February and it failed by March. The TV no longer turns on.

Other Thoughts: Don't get rid of your box if you plan on buying this TV.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat TV, but...

Pros: Clean, crisp picture, good contrast, excellent viewing angle

Cons: No buttons, won't run at 120Hz

Other Thoughts: It's weird, but the only button on the entire TV is a single power button (that is touch-activated and not even a physical button, which is problematic if you accidentally brush the edge of the TV while adjusting an HDMI cable or something) every other function has to be performed via the remote. We lose remotes constantly in this house, so if the TV isn't set to the right HDMI for what you want you have to hunt for that remote or change your plans.

Another thing that's weird is that I've never seen it run faster than 60Hz, despite advertising itself as a 120Hz TV. I don't see a setting for it either. If I'm lucky the manufacturer will respond and let me in on the secret of getting this to run at 120Hz.

4 out of 5 eggsGood basic TV after adjusting

Pros: + Great price
+ Very lightweight
+ Good brightness & contrast
+ USB port has enough juice to power a ChromeCast

Cons: - Stock colors look blown out, needed a lot of adjustment to get the color temp and balance right
- Little or no functionality other than a monitor
- No buttons

Other Thoughts: If you're just looking for a basic TV for a bedroom or gym space, this is a fantastic buy for the price. It's light, has a good viewing angle, and sips power.

It comes with no bells, no whistles, and no physical buttons. There is a touch-sensitive power button on the lower-right corner of the front bezel, but everything else is done via the remote.

5 out of 5 eggs40" TV 1080p 120hz

Pros: Price - At the time, a bit over 200$ each.

I picked up 3 of these TV's and moved my office to my bedroom. I am using one for each of my primary computers. One is also used for Direct TV and a WD Live box. They are easy to use, very light weight and thin.

Cons: Speakers are a bit um.... powerless. But are good enough. I would suggest having surround sound or some other form of sound output for these. It's not 100% worthless, but have to crank volume way up during quiet dialogue, then something action packed happens, machine guns, monster jumps out of screen, screaming etc
Then you sh!|t your pants it's so loud.

Other Thoughts: Good solid TV. I took a chance and bought 3 while they still had them, and they were on sale. I do not regret it. Great PC monitors. BF4 looks eee fxkzing amazing on these!!

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing picture for the price

Pros: I couldn't be happier with my 289.00 purchase. With a few minor changes in "setup" mode of my HDTV converter and I have a picture is beautifully sharp and clear. Works well with my cable converter box. Sound is good and plenty of input jacks for surround sound.

Cons: No picture/sound adjustment buttons on TV, you have to use remote.

Other Thoughts: I feel like I stole this! Thanks Neweeg.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Price for a good TV

Pros: I got a Newegg special email featuring this TV. At $290 ( including tax), this was a steal. Only had to make minor setup changes and had it up and running in a matter of minutes. I gave it 4 stars instead of five due to the lack of buttons on the unit, i.e. you have to use the remote to adjust volume. Otherwise great

Cons: Just the lack of buttons as stated above, otherwise worth every penny.

Other Thoughts: I'm not sure I would have bought this particular unit at retail price, but given it was on special you can't beat it.

5 out of 5 eggsReview below me is WRONG!!

Pros: Everything

Cons: Reviewers (customers) who don't know what they are talking about.

Other Thoughts: The 120 Hz (not gHz) is the refresh rate of the vertical sync. The fact you don't know the difference between Hz and gHz completely invalidates your review of the product.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat TV No problems

Pros: Beyond great price We bought this TV when it was on sale for $300.

No Problems.

Good Picture.

Plenty of audio options.
Audio Options Expanded: There are mutiple audio formats to choose from such as pcm and raw as well as others.

Cons: Miner Complaints:
Box not accurate.

2nd HDMI is in a awkward
position.

The speakers aren't amazing but typical for HD televisions.

I've noticed some tracing affects when black lines are on screen such in cartoons but could just be my eyes.

Major Complaint/s: Cannot turn off 120hz interpolation
I notice input lag in games not as bad as 240hz interpolation/post processing but still annoying.

Other Thoughts: Start up time is around 3 to 5 seconds but such a miner thing I figured would even be worth mentioning because it does not bother me personally.
