Pros: - Picture (no blur during action) - Design (elegant) - Craftsmanship (quality)
Cons: If I had one legitimate complaint it would be the sound quality. I ended up purchasing a sound bar to make up for the sound quality which turned out to be a good investment.
Other Thoughts: Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. I actually ended up taking my 60in Sharp TV back to the store and purchasing this TV from Newegg. All my TV's ever owned have been Sony and I just can't see myself looking at anything less.
On the other hand, I am extremely disappointed with the third party shipping Company (CEVA Logistics) that Newegg contracted to ship my TV. First, the delivery guy calls me outside of my scheduled delivery time saying he wanted to deliver my TV right now, I agreed. Then, the delivery guy call back 10 minutes later after I left work saying he is going to deliver it later. Next, 5pm rolls around so I decided to give the delivery guy a call after I have been waiting around my house for 5 hours and he says he can't deliver my TV today. After making some calls to CEVA the manager basically told me tough luck our guy was too busy today and will have to come tomorrow. The manager basically did not care that I was going to be missing 10 hours of work. The delivery guy then calls me back 10 minutes later saying he is going to deliver my TV at 8pm (way passed my 1-5pm scheduled deliver time), I agreed. Overall, I just can't believe the hassle I had to go through to get my TV delivered, just not the level of service I would expect when spending the amount of money I did for a product.
