Pros: Price was great, picture quality is also very good. I saw this TV in a retail store before I purchased on newegg.com. I could not tell any difference between the other LCD tvs sitting right next to this one for very reputable brands. TV is also quite light, ~30lbs. I was able to easily mount the TV to the wall by myself. Features are great, inputs are also good, but a little weak feeling when plugging in premium cables. ATSC tuner is great. No dead pixels, I am very pleased with this purchase.
Cons: Input panel could be a little more solid. Stand was kind of cheap, but not a problem for me since I mounted on the wall. (VESA 2.0 compatible). Speakers are also quite tinny, however I have external speakers so not a problem for me.
Other Thoughts: I never thought of Toshiba as a great TV manufacturer, but this TV is exactly what I wanted and a lot cheaper than I thought I could get it for.

Pros: Bought this TV to be connected to my all-around gaming/workstation computer. The TV creates a wonderful display at full 1080p. Games are unholy beautiful through this TV. 3 HDMI inputs as well as composite, VGA, etc. Once the resolution was set correctly, text was clear and easy to read on this TV (see cons).
Sound isn't powerful but it is good enough for a bedroom. If you want big movie or gaming sound, get a surround system.
Cons: Setup was a bit of a pain, mostly due to settings on both the TV and my video card (ATI Radeon 5850). Make sure you set the TV to Native settings on the Pic Size and that Scaling is set to 0% in the Catalyst Drivers. This applies to anyone connecting the TV to a recent ATI card. Default settings for the picture quality are very bright, change them.
Other Thoughts: Connected via HDMI cable as the video card has HDMI out.
