how many fans can this case hold?

The case fans are kind of funky, and I had to do a bunch of research in order to ensure I got the correct fan sizes.

1 Side Window Fan 120mm(Not included)

1 Back Panel Fan 120mm(Fan with blue blades included)

The top supports 2 120mm fans OR 1 140mm fan.(Not included)  You can only choose one of those two options for the top.

The front behind the hard drive bays can support 1 120mm.

The only downfall about the front hard drive bay fan, is that when you add one to it, you can't use larger sized power supplies because the hard drives do not insert any farther than the fan permits it to.

can you use any micro atx mother boards??

There are holes for the corresponding motherboard sizes.   You will have just install the pins in the correct holes for your motherboard and it should work fine.  One good thing about a micro atx board, you will have more space between your cards and your power supply.

I am running 3 way SLI and my video card sits right on top of my power supply, reducing the airflow from the cards fans.

How many 120mm fan mounting points are there?

Will the Cooler Master 212 EVO CPU cooler fit tight in this case?

Shouldn't have a problem fitting this. I recommend an extra fan in the front mount of the case and reverse the back fan so there is a nice cool air flow. The top holes are nice for extra heat to escape. Good choice if you get this.

Question 5

How do you get a front 120mm in this thing? I take the front cover off and I have two options. I can mount it inside the grill, sorta inside the harddrive bay, which blocks the harddrives from going all the way in. If I put it on the outside, the front case cover won't go back on all the way. What gives?

Put mine on the outside and slammed the front case back on, finally got it to seat after about 15 min of working it. After first boot I realized the fan wasnt on, plugged in a different one and still nothing. So yeah....

Are the 3.5" cages removable? And what is the length from the back of the case to the start of the 3.5" bays?

it has a about 10.5 inches of space from the rear to the edge of the drive bay. My EVGA GTX660 fits with about 1" of clearance.

No its not removable, the drive bay faces outward so there's no reason to remove it and if you could there would be no place to set the drives :)

What is the maximum card length for this case? And those who have installed a front 120 mm fan, describe your experience.

You have just under 11 inches, regardless of front fan use, that's the front of the irremovable drive cage // front fan installs fine; nudges the drives out though 1 screw depth, meaning you only use/screw rear and center // an additional consideration on top fans; I used 2 standard 120's and one of them had to be notched with a file to plug in the 8-pin mobo power // TIP: if your 8-pin is up top, run the cable outside case then through before installing mobo, as there's just enough opening to clear cables but not connector after

Can you mount a 200mm fan on the front of the case?

If you can add a second hard drive to your desktop, then you could have the OS and programs on the SSD and your data on the 1.5 TB drive.  Most software will not let you clone a larger drive to a smaller one.  But, there is an open source (free) program that will do that.  (I have used it, but cannot remember its name.)  It is a fairly difficult process, so you will need some tech skills and be able to follow the instructions.   You will need to partition your 1.5 TB or use an external hard drive to move you data to.  Most of the file folders (even if empty after transferring the data in them) will have to be moved with the OS and the program files that set up the folders.

Question 10

I am having problems with the hd audio jack. Recently, it has either played in just one ear, or poor quality in both ears. I have to keep twisting and pushing and bending the wire at certain angles (all with great time and effort) for it to work properly. I'm afraid this will eventually wear down either the wire or the jack, so I'm in need of a better solution.

And it definitely is not a headphone problem. I've tried 3 different headphones that work perfectly on my phone.

Help please?

It sounds like your jack is bad, either corroded or bent. You could replace it or perhaps fix it if you are so inclined. If not you could just plug in to the jack on the mother board. You can buy an extension audio cord. Some speakers have a headphone jack that may be in a more convenient location to plug in to.  Something else to consider is USB headphones or my favorite is Bluetooth headphones
