Does this Motherboard send Audio out through its HDMI?

I don't see any reason why it wouldn't.  HDMI carries sound and video, that's the point of the standard.

Question 2

Would DDR3 2400 work on this mobo?

Yes, but it will run at 2133 MHz as that is what the B150 chipset supports.

You should also be using DDR3L rather than regular DDR3, the difference being that DDR3L runs at a lower voltage, and for that reason is the only type of RAM Intel officially endorses on this board. Most B150 boards use DDR4 but this one will not support that.

Will this work with my Intel Core i5-760 1156 and a ASUS GeForce GTX 1060 TURBO?

For the CPU - Unfortunately no - that's a 7th generation CPU, and this supports 6th generation CPUs from Intel. This is not on the manufacturer's supported CPUs list.

Also, if you want a more technical answer - the issue is with the Chipset itself. It doesn't support the instruction set differences and won't recognize the processor.

The GPU will work just fine - just make sure you have a PSU to match!

Does this MOBO support Displayport connectivity?

No, but almost certainly a decent video card will get you displayport. I have a r9 380x plugged into it which provides a displayport connection, though untested since I use hdmi

Since there is 3 video ports on the this MB, by default, which video port is used? DVI-D, HDMI or the VGA port?

Have never had to select, and have used both the DVI and HDMI ports.  If you have the onboard video enabled, much like a modern video card it picks whatever's connected, I assume using EDID or other technology.

Question 6

I bought this because the system I'm rebuilding has DDR3 RAM I want to reuse, and the sales page says DDR3.  Reading articles online, it says Skylake only supports DDR3L, some new low voltage kind.  Does it actually support normal DDR3 ?

With the manual in hand and 3 weeks of continuous operation, both Asus and empirical observation disagree with this.   Why would operating standard DDR3 at a lower voltage burn anything out?
