Pros:
I bought this mouse as it uses the perfect DPI for me (1000 DPI) so I don't have to adjust the speed up in the control panel, losing accuracy.
Cons:
This is the most uncomfortable mouse I have ever used. My hand feels like it is going to cramp up after a couple minutes. The skinny in the middle shape leaves nowhere for my pinky, except bowed inward under my ring finger. If instead of three fingers on top I just use two, it's slightly more comfortable but the curvature leaves it tilted about 20 degrees to the left unless I contort my hand some more.
Overall Review:
Terrible terrible shape. I can't imagine for whom it would be a Comfort Mouse.
