Another failed NAS

Pros:
GB nic, plug and play unit when it works
Cons:
Had one give out after 2yrs of use (500gb non raid) and now after 2 months its replacement gives out too. Flashing power light and no way to access data.
Included software is a joke.
Overall Review:
Buy one because of low cost and hope for the best... Buffalo is NOT making a good impression. I am looking for another brand with better reliability.
On hold for tech support call at 9am, 15min.
On hold for tech support call at 12pm over ONE Hr., tech said that by fed law they have to Destroy the drives.
