Pros:
I bought this for my WHS machine, and it was plug and play. I am not running in a Raid mode so I cant speak for that, but I briefly set it up in JBOD, and then I was able to figure out how to set it up so that all of the drive would be recognized individually.
Cons:
None for me.
Overall Review:
4 SATA II ports at a good price, and it works well with WHS. If you are looking to expand your system then I recommend this card.
