Pros:

To the previous reviewer, it does say Recertified pretty clearly, which is pretty much the same as refurbished (which is not new).

Cons:

Recertified and refurbished stuff is hit and miss. Sometimes it's really good, better even than new (because it's been looked over). Sometimes it isn't. Scratches, stuff missing, still has issues (usually why it's refurbished in the first place).

Overall Review:

Read before you buy, there's a reason why it's cheaper than new.
