Pros:
Perfect! I had it up and running in about 30 minutes (installation and drive transfer). A quality product and well packaged. Came with a 3.5 inch installation tray; along with the screws. Also came with a software disk to clone my original drive and worked perfectly... I didn't even have to re-active Windows 7.
Cons:
Absoluty none!
