This review is from: Intel 710 Series ( Lyndonville) 2.5" SATA II eMLC SSDSA2BZ300G301
Pros:
** I do not own this ** and i am not knocking Intel or newegg but..
In the description of the product it says..(HET) gives you the longevity of an SLC SSD at a lower cost/GB
At the price of the 710 it is ~$7 a gig
At the 310 SLC price it is $~5.73 a Gig
Granted the MTBF is a lot higher on the 710, also the hardware encryption and the factor of bigger and better and brand new...
Cons:
its a new enterprise drive from intel!!!
Overall Review:
cant wait to see the price on the 720 :(
