Pros:
Allows you to use your PS/2 keyboard with an older machine. Saves you the grief of having to have multiple keyboards around.
Cons:
None that I can find.
Overall Review:
As the other reviewer notes, the written description of the product is wrong. This item allows you to plug your PS/2 keyboard into a computer with an AT keyboard port. The description claims the reverse, and I can't imagine too many people doing that.
