Pros:
Works as advertised...3 Win 7 machines and 1 MacBook all working on it as they should. Simple install if you've ever setup a static IP address. Ipconfig /all at the command prompt told me all I needed to know of my own settings to choose an address for the router. (IFCONFIG on Mac) Once you have the default gateway and the print server IP addy you are seconds away from good vibes. I could walk through the well written instructions as a TCP/IP noob, too, I believe.

Overall Review:
Had a little problem with existing printer settings, so once I uninstalled the printer the setup program wizard did just fine. Found a "Work Offline" setting checked from where I had the printer as the local printer on one of the machines that was somehow ticked during install but unchecking it made my document instantly print. Doh!
