Pros:
It does what it's supposed to do, and has nice powered usb ports on the sides.
Cons:
1 con is that it kind of limits your area of movement by around 1.5 inches each direction. Another is that 2 of the USB ports are facing front, so using those would interfere with your mouse movement.
