Bought for a road trip

Pros:
Bought these for a road trip so my wife and I could talk to each other easily during a road trip in two cars. Battery life was great. Could talk off and on for a full day of driving and the batteries were only about half depleted. Charger easily had them ready again for the next day.
Range was good. Some difficulty every now and then if we got too far from each other, but that was more due to the terrain than the radios I think.
Definitely would recommend these for any similar use.

Overall Review:
I had to read up a little bit about what frequencies were okay to use without a license. I didn't know much about that before buying these. Make sure you use an FRS channel if you don't have a GMRS license. FRS is channels 8 to 14 I think.
