Pros:

When it works, it does what it needs to do

Cons:

We have been trying to use this on Windows 7-64 and it will only work for a while, then it has to be unplugged and plugged into a different USB port. This causes it to reset and it runs for a while again. I normally like Rosewill products, but this one hasn't performed well in this specific application.
