Pros:
Works really well, and fits really well. Good battery life and reasonable price.
Really good warranty support.
Cons:
Ive had two of these die completely, each time at roughly 11 months of use.
Overall Review:
I dont expect inexpensive electronics like this to last forever- what matters most to me is good warranty support. Plantronics delivers in this respect.
