Pros:
Used in my first build, and so far has worked great!
Using stock fan currently, and it seems to be keeping the cores pretty cool.
Potential for overclocking is always a plus.
Has proven to be great for gaming on recent titles (Metro Last Light).
Cons:
Used for my first build, and so far no issues : )
