Revising my below review 08/03/2013

Pros:

IPMI is awesome for management. 4 RAM slots, 4 PCIe slots. Mostly a great board for ESXi.

Cons:

Only real issue is that you have to add a custom driver for the Intel 82579LM NIC if you're putting ESXi on this board. Easy to find this information on the Internet. It's a known issue with ESXi 5.01.

Overall Review:

I was wrong in my below review. Motherboard had 1.11 silk screen, but it does indeed come with the latest BIOS (2.0b) and IPMI (1.86). Only had to have the old Sandy Bridge machine offline for about 20 minutes to find this out. Unfortunately I cannot find a way to edit the prior review.
