Pros:
Very sturdy and easy to hang the TV to the wall base mount. Large assortment of mounting hardware for different TV's.
Cons:
None really.
Overall Review:
For the person that said it was hard to install the mount bolts because the chrome slide tubes were in the way, I found that the tubes remove very easily. Just unscrew one of the end caps and slide it out of the way. To bad that little hit was not in the instructions.
