Flicker screen after short use

Pros:
Right size for bring to the mall killing time while wife shopping. Good graphic for games and responsive for web browsing.
Cons:
Screen start flickering after playing 15 minutes games like virtua tennis, NFS Most wanted; or watching 20 minutes HD Youtube. To the point that screen completely grey out.
Let it sit for a while it would appears back to normal, then act up again when run graphic intensive apps. RMA for replacement, but need to pay 10 bucks for shipping label
Overall Review:
I have a Nexus10 and absolutely love it, kinda hoping the 7 has same build quality. Hopefully the replacement will not disappoint me.
