Great for the first 45 days

Pros:
Clear, sharp, precise image quality. Initially, I was very impressed by this monitor. The screen seemed very much larger than the 24" Acer it replaced, the display itself was sharp, precise, exactly as it should be.
Cons:
Power supply, LG customer service. After 45 days of light use (I used it 3 days a week, maximum, call it 15-20 hours per week) the monitor just flatlined. No warning, just stopped working. LG customer service is a bit slow, their online support model isn't worth bothering with. Go by phone. LG's swap program apparently consists of sending someone else's returned monitor, as the replacement I got after about 2 weeks' downtime did not work either.
I've already ordered a competitor's monitor, as I cannot have weeks and weeks of downtime. Extremely annoyed. Will update to advise how LG handles it from here.
