Used email to contact and Timebear responded ASAP and sent me a new watch which is in great shape. They took care of everything quickly.

Taking back my "will not buy First from Asia', Timebear showed me that I was to quick to judge, (yep I am man enough to admit it) Thank you Timebear for showing me that I can trust Neweggs partners.
