Pros:
great short rackmount case, sturdy, very quiet, nice tiny power&reset buttons (won't hit accidentally), 4 lan activity leds.
Cons:
get ready to disassemble the whole case to get the motherboard in if you're using a large cpu cooler, or if you're installing 5.25in drives.
