Pros:
I have already move the mount itself twice and it has worked in all three spots held up two different monitors. so i say this is perfect.
Cons:
It doesn't pivot as much as you think when they say 15º they mean it.
Overall Review:
If you want something to pivot, swivel, change angles, move 360º, and hold all and every single one of those directions, then keep looking.
