Pros:
Haven't had any problems with intermittent connections yet. Super fast speeds co.mpared to my old modem
Cons:
Comcast had problems activating the modem. Finally worked after letting it sit for a little bit.
Overall Review:
Apparently needs an update right away, that is what I believe was the problem with comcast's connectivity issues.
