Pros:
You cannot beat the thermal conductivity ratings for this stuff. It outperforms pretty much everything on the market. It comes in a super-easy-to-use syringe that has about enough for one, maybe two installs. During use, this stuff doesn't cake on and solidify like most other thermal pastes do; so, removal is a breeze and doesn't require anything more than a cloth (nope, don't even need rubbing alcohol to get it off).
Cons:
Pricey, but that's what you pay for raw performance.
