Pros:

Quality is fine, no defects out of the box, plug and play.

Cons:

The stand is made out of what appears to be cheap plastic and the base is snap-on without any way of tightening it. The result is a really unstable monitor. Even the slightest movement of the desk causes the whole thing to wobble wildly. Very disappointing for what would otherwise be a very good monitor.
