Pros:
Will hold 2 small drives/SSD's. You can screw 1 in from the bottom and the other one on top of it with the side screws. Bracket actually comes with 8 screws to mount the drives with and 4 self threading screws to hold the bracket in place.
Cons:
Doesn't line up perfectly. The drives seem to however the bracket holes seem off just a little when mounting into HD bay. Fortunately, as they provide self threading screws and the plastic isn't too stiff this really is a very minor issue.
Overall Review:
Over all a great fix and solution for a small drive mounted into a regular size HD bay. I've been using SSD's lately that do NOT come with a mounting kit. This has solved the problem when your case does not have a SSD mount.
