Pros:
Had an earlier review at 2 star
RAVPower replaced the unit and was here in 2 days. RAVPower has a very good customer group that were very responsive and polite. Since I no longer had the packaging, Newegg would not accept the return (although <30 day), so RAVPower replaced it with a better version since the 12000 version was only stocked by Newegg.
Cons:
No longer any cons.
