Overall Review:
I contacted the company and they honored their warranty, quickly and easily. I was very pleased with the treatment I received. I received a replacement within a few days, actually more quickly than I expected. Receiving a defective product was unfortunate, but the service the company provided made me feel good about the purchase overall.
