Excellent but I Need help from ASUS!!

Pros:
I bought two of these monitors. I Mean wow what a good buy this was. The screen is more than crisp and the asus presets make my life so much easier. I have owned these for about 7 months. I recommend this product and the only problem for me is that my shipping carrier probably dropped mine.
Cons:
I only have two problems. I didnt who to contact but I will try here. When i recieved my monitor there is small crack on the top right quadrant. Now this small "crack" is not affecting my display but it is noticeable and once i saw this almost every time I am fixated on this. I thought it was dust but Im pretty sure that it is a small crack in one of the layers of the panel.Asus can you help me ?!
Overall Review:
Other than the crack, the only other thing is that my two monitors aren't the same height. The one with the crack on it is a bit taller than my other one it drives me crazy on getting the right viewing angles because they arent exact.
