Overall Review:

This router, which has excellent reviews, is everything as advertised. I recently purchased a Hitron CGN3 modem/router from my ISP, Rogers. The CGN3 has a lot of known issues, including not supporting a wireless printer and has problems with VOIP. I experienced these problems first-hand and was advised by some people on the Rogers Community forums to get a decent router and bridge the CGN3. A couple of them also highly recommended the RT-AC68U and I'm glad I took their advice. It solved all the issues of the CGN3 right out of the box. One plus that I wasn't expecting is with an older iPhone 4S. With the CGN3, it was getting download speeds of around 24mbps max. With the ASUS, it's getting about 45mbps. I didn't even know the phone would support speeds that high. I'm on the Rogers Hybrid 150 plan, which is why I had to get the CGN3, as it's the only product Rogers has with 24 channels.
