This review is from: EVGA 02G-P4-3757-KR G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 FTW w/ ACX Cooling Video Card
Pros:
Out of the box and running in under 10 minutes. The driver install process from N-Vidia website was painless. Beam-NG on 60" Plasma at full resolution. Awesome.
Cons:
Has a PCI-e power connector. I was worried because I picked this card so I wouldn't need to upgrade PSU. Maybe I didnt do enough research. Instructions in box say must use the PCI-e power connector, but It's been running fine without it. Only a con because it's not clear.
Overall Review:
Dell Inspiron 620, Win 7 Pro
i5-2320, 6GB RAM, 256GB Kingston SSD, 1TB WD Black. Stock PSU
I had a Radeon 6450 OEM from Dell, had nothing but trouble. BSOD, Green screens, Random re-boots. Dell thought it was driver problems, so I had installed/re-installed AMD catalyst 2 or 3 times until it was out of warranty. Turns out it's not driver problem it's GPU overheating. Swapped this in & everything stopped.
