Pros:
Very effective at cooling, keeping my i7 2600k below 60 C overclocked to 4.6 GHZ, while fully stressing the CPU with Prime95 (Arctic MX-4 thermal compound with 2 fans in a push/ pull configuration). Ability to add a second fan on such a modestly priced cooler is a wonderful option.
Cons:
The plastic pins that attach the cooler to the board are soooo cheap and bend very easily. If you have never installed an aftermarket cooling fan, this is not the one to start with because the instructions are awful, otherwise not too bad.
Overall Review:
I would recommend removing your motherboard from the case before installing the fan, then re-install the board.
