Pros:

Hitachi has a good reputation for reliability.

Cons:

Upgrading 4 drive NAS from HGST 3Tb to HGST 6Tb drives. The 6Tb drives are running 5-7C hotter than the 3Tb drives (56C). It's winter now, but am somewhat concerned when house temps get up to 80F.
