Pros:
Refurbished model cost almost 50% of new model.
WAN / LAN / Wifi throughput is excellent.
WRT Merlin support is excellent
Seems very stable so far
Cons:
Comes with minimum accessories
Overall Review:
Running 2 weeks in a secondary network with Security Camera and NAS using WIFI / LAN constantly without issue. I have purchased 3 of these refurbished models (myself, mother, and neighbor) and all have been reliable so far.
Refurbished items can be risky. Its the luck of the draw. I just purchased 2 refurbished Asus RT-AC68P and both had issues.
