I love the switch... cannot complain one ounce about it. I bought 3 of them. Sent in for the rebates, and just yesterday received a letter from NetGear saying the date of the purchase was invalid. Completely impossible, it was within the dates specified on the form, and I promptly mailed in the form/UPC's when I got the switches. So BE WARY of NETGEAR's REBATE OFFER!
