Pros:
LED lights for status (green fully charged, red charging, etc.) voice quality, sound clarity, longer talk time, very light, over-the-ear, and easy to use
Cons:
some static, and no noise cancellation (will give perfect 5 stars if it has noise cancellation)

..my main problem is whenever i'm using this in an open and noisy/public environment. Someone i talked to, told me that SOMETIMES (not all the time) he heard my background noises, better than myself. But overall this is a great, next generation bluetooth wireless headset in the market today.
