I have tried repeatedly to tell them the device they sent is a usb interface to the drone, not the wifi device I paid for.
Still will not refund my money.

I ordered some Sennheiser headphones from these guys and I wanted to return them because I didn't like them. There wasn't anything wrong with the product, I just didn't do enough research on it. They let me return the headphones right away. I only had to pay for shipping the product back to them. The refund did take a couple weeks to process but I am very pleased with their customer service.

The camera works great, we love it.

The biggest problem was that nowhere in the description or pictures did they mention or show that the power cable included for battery charging was a UK outlet.Its not a deal breaker but definitely something I would have appreciated knowing beforehand.

Rating + 1 Terrible Business Practice

I submtted an RMA to this seller and they sent me an email back requesting more information. I explained exactly what was wrong with the product and they refused to refund my money. Instead they said i was only allowed to exchange it. What kind of company does not allow me to return a product if it does not worked as described???? Calling the better business bureau on this one.

I called up because I forgot to use a gift card I had. The girls name was Lea and she was great. She cancelled the order, but the sale that was going on was cancelled and the price went up by $100! She honored the lower price and I was able to use my gift card. No hassles at all! I would use them again

Rating + 1 Nikon D3200

Beware of this seller!! I purchased a New Nikon D3200 from them that was Not labeled as "Import", a friend pointed it out to me and I called Nikon USA to verify. Nikon informed me that the camera I purchased was an Import and that the Camera box was Not listed as one of their distributers and was Not allowed to sell Nikon USA products. The camera, by law is Supposed to be listed as Import or USA model, this camera was Not listed as such and after Several emails and left messages, the camera box Finally sent me a return label And tried to sell me their warranty for Imported Nikons, because Nikon will Not work on Any non USA cameras. Also on Any Import Nikon camera you can Not get firmware updates from the web, The Imported Nikon will Not accept firmware updates. Again, Beware of these people!!

I have experienced terrible service with this company. They post an item in one color, list it another color in the details, then send you a completely DIFFERENT color. Then they want YOU, the customer, to pay for the return shipping! The problem arose when I ordered this item on a Sat. 12 days before I was to leave the country. The following Tuesday I hadn't heard from newegg so I figured something was wrong. I checked my order status and it was in the "Order Verification: Changes can still be made" stage. It was then that I noticed the detailed different color. I attempted to cancel right away but I was informed that it was through a 3rd party seller and I would have to go through them. So I called and the rude lady on the phone said that the only solution was to pay for it to be shipped back. So I admitted defeat and planned to live with the item. Then when I got it, it wasn't either color. They told me I wouldn't be able to use it and return it. They wouldn't do anything. DON'T

    All returns require a prior authorization and a RA number.

    Returned merchandise must be in perfect resalable condition, in its original manufacturer's carton all its contents included. Instruction manuals and blank warranty cards must be returned.
    Please include a copy of the original sales receipt and a letter briefly explaining reason for return.
    Returned merchandise is subject to a minimum of 15% restocking fee.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
