Pros: put this bad boy in my system with the gigabyte board, worked perfectly. The board was rev. 1.1 so it had the f7 bios on the gigabyte site which made it easiier. Anyhow, this scores a 8.3 on the windows 8.1 wei. On the web, there are free gui wei programs that give you back the wei in windows 8.1. Put it this way, a 3770k at 3.5 ghz scores 8.2.

Cons: One, don't use the normal 4th gen core intel graphics drivers for this cpu. It uses a slightly different gou in the P4600, not the 4600 that core series haswell cpu's use. For windows 8.1, it puts in a windows update driver dated dec. 18, 2013. In other words, you will have to search the web (I think the latest download out there for p4600 igpu is 3222, windows update is something like 3979) for your intel graphics driver if you don't want to use the windows update driver as the intel download center when searching out this processor does not have graphics drivers for this xeon cpu. And you can;t use the mothberboard manufactuer's drivers etiher as they are for haswell core series cpu's with igpu's. PITA for the simple desktop user looking to save a buck with a fast cpu with a igpu.

Overall Review: best bang for the buck after reasearching the haswell core i7 vs. the haswell xeon cpu. Like I said in my 1st review, the xeon is a 4770 at $20 cheaper. in other words, It's a best bang especially for thoise who don't overclock.

Pros: offers wddm 1.3 for video drivers. Has good backwards compatibility. If you find the right start menu app, you can totally skip the metro poop. Basically, with IObit's start menu 8 (free app), you pretty much say goodbye to metro and just use a desktop like it was meant to be with windows. Hence MS, it's called WINDOWS, not TILES.

Cons: I keep getting the felling that male or female interior decorators were invited to the development sessions for windows 8.1. Because the metro tiling and tablet/touch screen feel in such pretty colours have to go in windows 9. In other words MS,keep your OSes seperate between mobile phones, tablets and desktops. I mean MS' tablet is a indentity crisis in the surface and surface pro. Is it a tablet or a laptop? Because surface has keyboard attachments and usb for mice but it's main function is to be a touch screen tablet. Just one example of creating chaos for profit.

Pros: cheapest 4k monitor I can find. Upstar lists this on their website at $380 US. Has all of the connections you need.

Cons: Found on Groupon that the monitor only comes with a HDMI cable, no displayport cable. I am guessing this is a cost cutting move by upstar. Groupon right now is undercutting the US MSRP of $380 and selling the monitor $370 US. Also, no mention of speakers, another cost cutting move. No mention of what version HDMI it uses, I would guess 1.4a which only gives HDMI users 30hz. So buyer beware, if you want 60hz, go Displayport with this monitor.

Overall Review: I wish this monitor had speakers at least. i don't mind buying my own DP cable as they are cheap even for DP 1.2. But for the cost, I don't think speakers are a necessity.

Pros: came is a brown box, not retail. had all of the markings (serial,product,etc.) on the box. You can even register with asus for the 3 month warranty. Came with all accessories (manuals, driver dvd, low profile bracket, screws). Works on windows 8.1 64 bit just fine.

Cons: None.

Overall Review: make sure you get the uni xonar driver (search in your favorite search engine "uni xonar driver") from maxxtech. They are basically the danielK drivers for asus cards. DanielK does modded drivers for the creative sound card lineup.

Pros: brand name-evga. Two,overclocked in a mini itx form factor. Three, it scores a 8.3 on the chris pc wei app in windows 8.1 64 bit out of 9.9. I remember my gtx 680 amp from zotac only scored a 8.1. Playing COD: AW with medium settings with no problems. Also playing legacy madden nfl 08 with a 2015 mod, no problems there either. Playing both at 1080p. Got my card from my local retailer for about 5 dollars more than the egg before shipping on a weekly special.

Cons: none.

Overall Review: make sure you watch some videos on the 960 series particuarly when it comes to the fans. The fans (unless on other evga cards with dual bios) don't spin up until the card gets to about 60C temperature wise. You can however use your favorite OC util and spin the fans as you please also just in case that AMD like Zero core thing on a Nvidia card bothers you.

Pros: -the cheapest atx amd apu motherboard out there. -has enough pci-e to run what I need (sound card, intel nic, vid card at pci-e 3.0 and a cheapr raid card0

Cons: I know from reading other mb manufactuer's manuals that I am almost sure you can't use all 3 pci-e 2.0 1x slots with a 4x slot included. Looked all over google to find out the max configuation for pci-e 2.0 slots. -have to buy a dvi to hdmi cable just in case I need sound from the apu

Overall Review: can't wait to get this. WIll also be buying a syba raid card with marvell's 9230 hardware raid chipset and a intel nic for network backup
