Cons: 1 doesnt. I bought 3 of these for my grandkids for Christmas. I bought them way early so of course the NewEgg warranty was up before they even had them out off the box good. So when 1 stopped working and the reset button did nothing, We called the Manufacturer. We got some foreign out of the country support people who took our number and said they would call us. Still waiting on that call.

Overall Review: I will be glad to amend this review IF I ever get that call back.

Pros: You can just hook it up to your computer using a standard USB to C Cable.

Cons: You won't need it unless you've got a computer that has a C port in it like a laptop with lightning 3.

Pros: On the one hand it's fast as h***. So speed isn't the problem

Cons: The battery only last me about one hour where it says it should last between 4 and 5 hours. I think I might try to get With new egg to see if I can just get a new battery for it instead Of sending the whole thing back. I'll Update my review when I find out

Overall Review: It's a good computer but I've already put a 2TB hard drive-in it along with the 500GB hard drive it came with . So really don't want to send the whole thing back. only thing i would change is a better battery...

I Ordered this for my Grandson for his birthday. The first one I got was defective but they were prompt on the replacement which worked fine.
