"2-Day" Shipping means that the item(s) will arrive at the shipping address within 2 business days from the time it leaves the warehouse. Yes! As a ShopRunner member, free return shipping on all qualified products is another benefit of the program. ShopRunner wants you to be happy with all of your purchases, so don't worry if you don't like something, or you've changed your mind. You can send any eligible item back at no cost to you. To print the receipt for your annual membership fees, please sign in to ShopRunner’s 'My Account' and go to the Financial Transactions page to print a copy of your receipt.

Yes, your ShopRunner membership will automatically renew. ShopRunner will charge your credit card on your membership anniversary date. Your renewal date is available in the Account Settings section of 'My Account' on the ShopRunner website.
If you want to cancel your membership, or if you need to update your payment information, you can go to the 'My Account' section on the ShopRunner website at any time and make the changes. To ensure your ShopRunner benefits continue, you can keep up to three credit cards on file with us. If your primary card is unavailable, ShopRunner will use a secondary payment method. If you would like to turn off the auto-renew feature, sign in to 'My Account' and adjust the settings to "do not renew."

You can cancel your ShopRunner membership at any time by visiting the Account Settings page of 'My Account' on the ShopRunner website. When you cancel your membership, the benefits will end immediately.
If you have canceled within the 30-Day Trial Membership, your credit card will not be charged -- even if you have used the service.
If you are canceling after your 30-Day Trial Membership has ended and you and/or a member of your family have not used the service (even within the free trial period), you will receive a full refund.
If you are canceling after your 30-Day Trial Membership has ended and you and/or a member of your family have used the service (even within the free trial period), you will not qualify for a refund of the membership fee. There are no partial refunds.
You can continue to enjoy your benefits through the end of your membership period if you choose the Do Not Renew option. If this is selected, your credit card will not be charged on your renewal date, and your benefits will end at that time.

Yes. If you cancel within the 30-Day Trial Membership period, your credit card will not be charged - even if you have used the service. Once you select the Cancel Membership option on the ShopRunner website, the benefits will end immediately.
To cancel, you will need to go to your account settings on the ShopRunner website and Cancel Membership BEFORE the end of the 30-Day Trial.

If you experienced any problems using your ShopRunner membership on a retailer's site or were charged shipping fees for qualifying items, please contact ShopRunner at memberservices@shoprunner.com or 1.888.721.7467. Be sure to have your order information handy so ShopRunner can investigate. ShopRunner will work with the retailer to get the problem resolved. Remember, ShopRunner FREE Shipping only qualifies for online orders.
