Pros: Newegg was easy to deal with as far as returning it.

Cons: Had to RMA it after it died about an hour after installing it.

Sort of concerned now about long-term durability.

Other Thoughts: Bought it for a new build and had all the power and capabilities that I was looking for. When I got it, it seemed to have good build quality, but it died about an hour after installing it.

Can't give it a glowing endorsement, but there are far worse choices than this.

It was easy to RMA with Newegg.

Got the new one and have been fine for a little over a week.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat PSU

Pros: Everything, great price. Good power. Works like a dream.

Cons: none so far.. those of you who are having problems should take a second look @ how you are installing and handling your hardware.

Other Thoughts: I run a 7800GTX in SLI mode and have had the system running now continuosly for 10 months without shutting down or rebooting. No problems at all.

1 out of 5 eggsBuy something else

Pros: None really

Cons: Bad PSU youre better off buying something that will work. Mine went bad and started shutting down randomly 6 months after I bought it, changed to a new PSU and the problem went away way I make a bad PSU Enermax...will never buy Enermax again and you should do the same.

Other Thoughts: Enermax needs to work on making better products

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent PSU

Pros: What can you say? SLi Support, Power connections galore and adjustable rear fan speed. One good PSU (power supply unit).

Cons: None so far.

2 out of 5 eggs13 months

Pros: Did what it should for 12 months

Cons: The segment which powered my video card died a few weeks after the warranty expired. Was not always able to power on card, PX6800GT. Workaround by using connector to power card via HD 12V instead of dedicated video supply.

Other Thoughts: No as robust as one would have hoped.

5 out of 5 eggsHad mine for about a year

Pros: Works well. I'm using it to power 2 7900GTX in Sli with an overclocked 3800 X2 AMD 2 drives, 4x 120mm 3speed fans (on high) and for about 8 hours a day and I haven't had any power issues. I am using an UPS unit though so I've never wacked the thing with uneven or fuzzy current. I bought it for the price and at the time the wattage was all I needed. Runs sturdy and quiet even with the fan on high.

Cons: Thats its not 700W...?

Other Thoughts: Good power supply for SLi if you've already spent waaaaay to much money on video cards.

5 out of 5 eggsLoyal Enermax user

Pros: Clean and stable power for my new rig (eventually to be SLI). PFC and fan throttling keep noise and heat down. All rails are tightly within spec and hold very stable. Only variance I've noticed was a tiny 0.01 volt sag on my processor Vcore when running a Prime95 torture test (Opteron 170 @ 2.5GHz, 1.4v), but at that point it's really more the voltage regulators on the motherboard (Asus A8N32-SLI) than any fault of the PSU.

Cons: Perhaps it would've been a few bucks cheaper if I didn't have to get the cheap "Enermax" logo duffle bag bonus item it comes with? Kind of a weird freebee for a computer PSU, don't ya think? Of course, I would've been the envy of all the other geeks when I went to the gym... or something. :P I gave it to Goodwill.

Other Thoughts: I've used Enermax PSUs in my last several personal systems, and recommend them to friends. They've never done me wrong. The oldest (~5 years, a 431W model) is still chugging along great! Just do clean out the dust now and then. ;)

5 out of 5 eggs15 months

Pros: Quiet, well built, durable and clean power.

Cons: none.

Other Thoughts: i hooked up my o-scope three times since i have owned this P.S. why? because i live in southern italy and all the power here comes from france and is horribly "un-clean" this powersupply has taken major black-outs, power spikes, and has dealt with the horrible power levels of my area for over a year. its good buy if you don't have good power in your area and will prolong the life of everything it is attached to.

2 out of 5 eggsworked fine

Pros: This PSU worked great for almost a full year, powering a dual sli system without any major problems

Cons: The plug in for the power cable was loose, if bumped it would power down the computer. Finally, the whole thing fried about 3 days ago. I initally hoped that replacing the blown fuse would fix the problem, but the whole PSU had shorted itself out. Seems a common enough problem from what I've read on here.
