The Hype Is Real

Sennheiser - Around Ear Headphones (HD 650)
Sennheiser - Around Ear Headphones (HD 650)

Pros: If you are a gamer or hobbyist who wants to start getting serious about their headphones please do yourself a favor and JUST START HERE. The hd650's are a legend of a reference class headhone and for a good reason. For years this was Sennheiser's flagship headphone and til this day it holds its ground to headphones well above its price range. It's exceptional comfort allows hours (done 12 hours plus no fatigue) of listening sessions.

Cons: Investment: This headphone as you may know by now reading this review, is that this headphone has a fairly higher impedance which requires an amp to juice them up a bit and get the absolute fullest sound from them. How much you spend is up to you, go run to the headfi forums for amp reccomendations to fit your budget.

Overall Review: Delightful headphone to listen to for hours on end. I was never as huge of a jazz fan til I could ear the sure delight that comes from these when I play it =). Whether its gaming or flac file listening sessions this headphone just ends up being my go to choice for an all arounder. I will say that if you are a heavy EDM genre listener such as myself there are some more notable options for over ear higher dollar headphones that have the particular low extension when compared directly to these. HiFiman's HE-400 is an exceptional choice for EDM tracks but for rock and hip-hop the hd650's are still a delight.

Antec Nine Hundred Two Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
Antec Nine Hundred Two Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: Cosmetically its easy on the eyes, if your familiar with the antec 1200 case then just imagine it but mid tower sized. I love the cooling this case has with the large 180mm (i think) fan on top which blows nice and cool, 2 120's up front and one in the rear (all these are included. In addition you can put 2 more 120s insides the case and all fans are controllable through a panel switch on the back of the case. Rubber feat are included to put below the hardrive to reduce case noise as well as below the PSU which I think is Awesomeee.

Cons: OK now this is where this case fell short. Working with alot of tool less drive bay cases this thing was a pain to swap around the drive bay slots let alone get them to snap in so i could screw them in.

Overall Review: If the cons have you reconsidering your purchase of this case don't even sweat it. You won't be changing your drive bays out every week or anything, but when you do youll have a fun time screwing and unscrewing both sides 4 screws each. But yes its a nice looking case lights up nice and purty. And keeps your system cool in a variety of ways.

Look Elsewhere Guys

ASUS RT-N66U N900 Dual-Band WiFi Gigabit Router
ASUS RT-N66U N900 Dual-Band WiFi Gigabit Router

Pros: It looked really slick and has a ton of features that you can access with ease. How much all of them actually work I honestly don't know because I never had to utilize them and wanted a dual band router that had amazing signal which this does (when it works).

Cons: The week after I get this thing setup and going my roommate starts having problems with his laptop connecting....I think to myself "it must be on his end because this baby is brand spanking new". As the days go on I find out my phone, laptop and other devices are having troubles either connecting or staying connected to this thing. It looks really pretty but now its just a 150 dollar set piece that acts as my lan port. Much like printers its 2015 and we haven't improved much on routers as far as reliability.

Overall Review: I know its enticing guys....its Asus....its pretty.....it has the spec list that makes you drool and even some positive reviews on here. But I'm saying this now that the second this thing flubs on ya remember my review and do what you can to get your money back asap! I probably won't give Asus money on another router and will opt for the cheaper solutions that sacrifice features > for reliability and not vice-versa.

DOA....Real

CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin PC RAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9B
CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin PC RAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9B

Pros: *Looks pretty *Correct speeds

Cons: One stick came dead on arrival. Don't think this can't/won't happen to you. Every manufacture sends out defective products and it was Corsair this time unfortunately. Went with another brand.....fool me once.

Brilliant Job

CM Storm QuickFire Rapid - Compact Mechanical Gaming Keyboard with CHERRY MX Blue Switches
CM Storm QuickFire Rapid - Compact Mechanical Gaming Keyboard with CHERRY MX Blue Switches

Pros: -Amazing sturdiness in construction -Nice simple appearance -Button feedback is amazingly responsive -The sound and feel of this bad boy in action -Unbeatable price -Small size to save desktop space -No backlit keys (I'm a big boy I know where my keys are)

Cons: -Find myself still reaching for the numpad enter key lol

Overall Review: This keyboard is just simply put....amazing. The construction is top notch, it looks very slick in person. The sound and response from every key is way better than many other mechanicals I've tried (blue switches ftw). Even the braided usb that comes with this is all quality baby. If you're on the fence to replace or simply try out a new keyboard I couldn't recommend this board enough guys.

Not Bad

Thermaltake CL-W0075 Liquid Cooling System
Thermaltake CL-W0075 Liquid Cooling System

Pros: This thing makes for a fantastic entry level water cooling kit. It really gets you familiar with how to plumb and route your cooling loops. The pump and res work just fine and the block is descent for what your paying.

Cons: Now even though this kit is cheap, the tubing it comes with is complete garbage as opposed to aftermarket stuff. Same can be said for the coolant that is included. The kit really shows its age with the brackets it comes with for the cpu block, and the block itself can be an eyesore especially if you've been looking at some aftermarket ones.

Overall Review: To be honest, there are more cost efficient all in one water cooling solutions such as Corsair's h50, but if your in the market for a "legit" water cooling solution and on a tight budget this is definately something to build on. The pump works fantastically, and if you get more bank....down the road you can add your own res and block and have a perfectly good kit. ps- if your new to watercooling however go head and get this you won't regret it!
