no problems
Pros: - ran great for over a full year and still going strong - 1000 watts is more than you'll need, probably even over the next two rounds of upgrading everything else
Cons: - it's only half-modular. in my last build this left about 3 loose cords, and even now theres still one cord just hanging around taking up space. most high-end PSUs (at least when i purchased this) weren't modular at all, but at such a high price i really think it shouldn't even be a question. for the most part, the one egg is taken off for the fact that not all of the non-modular cables are necessary
well it looks incredible
Pros: - looks fabulous - has customizable weight - huge, good for large hands
Cons: - back panel is loose on any tick past the second one - sideways thumb dial is not compatible with anything, it's just for show - the replaceable side panels aren't different enough to warrant themselves - lens gathers dust in no time whatsoever - unreliable. it died around 3 months in only to inexplicably resurrect. then soon after it started ghost clicking, both right and left click, but after another few months it started registering random double-clicks, and eventually started becoming unresponsive for a second every few minutes.
Overall Review: buy a more reliable mouse with a better reputation. if you're still swooning over the sexiness of the RAT, buy it and just put it out for special occasions when you have company over, or when you need quick access to a tiny batmobile
does exactly what you need it to
Pros: i bought this just for above-average cooling because i was splurging on a higher-end cpu and it felt wrong to use the stock heatsinks. i got exactly what i wanted. temps are a good deal lower than normal and thats all there is to it.
Cons: none. it could be smaller but you should know what you're ordering.
simple dvdr
Pros: very cheap and everything you need. dvd drives are increasingly obsolete so this is a good price for the rare usage you will need
Cons: when burning dvds i get a consistent error that upon researching is always explained as there being an problem with your drive itself. messing around with write speeds the drive doesnt actually have usually fixes it, but that costs 1 egg.
solid product
Pros: good quality video for a reasonable price (when i bought it)
Cons: the cord comes out of the side of the back of the webcam, ensuring that it always tries to look off to the side. mine has been taped down for the last year.
love it
Pros: -pretty quiet... well, quieter than i expected lol, i can't hear it if i have anything else running and its right next to my head -sexy LED fans on the front, five fans in total -super roomy, my huge msi gts250 gfx looks tiny and frail in it -eight hdd trays, count em, the bays also have intake fans directly connected to them (three dive bays on top for dvd drives and other things i didn't need) >>>>>>>>>>READ THIS<<<<<<<<< THE DRIVE BAYS ARE REMOVABLE FROM THE FRONT. LOTS OF REVIEWS LISTED IT AS A CON THAT YOU HAVE TO REMOVE STUFF TO ADD/REMOVE A HDD. YOU DON'T, PUT THE FRONT OFF FROM THE BOTTOM AND THE DRIVE BAYS COME OUT THE FRONT. >>>>>>>>>>>>><<<<<<<<<<<<<
Cons: -one gigantic con: the psu position is on the bottom of the case, i dont understand this decision at all. most motherboards have the 24pin on the top right, so putting the psu on the bottom left is just a huge misstep. my psu is rather high-end and i got it expecting to not have to bother with worrying about anything psu-related for a long long time, but i had to install it upside-down in the solano in order to just barely make it over to the 24-pin. if my mobo didn't oddly place the 24-pin one inch lower than my other ones i would have had to send either it or the case back, and i probably would have sacrificed the case. also the 24-pin cables look idiotic stretching over the gfx like that through the solano's side window.
Overall Review: i only took one egg off for the psu issue and thats because it didn't end up being a big problem, but i could easily be a very big one for anyone who buys the best-rated tower on newegg thinking they wouldn't have to research it to death because of that in conclusion: CHECK THAT YOU CAN REACH YOUR 24PIN BEFORE BUYING but if you can, i recommend this case because thats the only issue here
