Pros: Router works great. Better than even the router,was the extremely high level of service received. Nothing like it in over 20 years of building computers. To be clear,the service requested was help in programing the laptop.

Cons: Would suggest better instructions for installing wi fi on laptop,similar to that sent by the BUU in the service department,THANKS!

Overall Review: A great router for the price. I had purchased an RN easy install<Rosewill> the prior month for my granddaughter. The install on her laptope was effortless. And,It worked great.

Pros: laptop worked,until a number was requested to activate the software.

Cons: The activation key,25 letters,was pasted to the laptop in such a way that the first several letters were to be scratched off. Well I had 24 of the 25 letters, Called for assistance from ARROW,They could not help! So I was left with a laptop that required me to obtain,as in pay for,a activation number. Cost almost as much as the laptop. This is not the first refurbished laptop I have purchased from the EGG.

Overall Review: I would not buy from this refurbiser,ARROW.

Cons: DOA Contacted Negg,one week past purchase date. Checked Antec site,which said if less than 60 days old,contact dealer. NE stuck with 30 day.

Overall Review: I had an earlier ,same model,popped it into the new build,all was right with the world. I will try to return to Antec when I get a chance with the three year window.

Cons: Manufacturing defect on memory slots. One side was not completed,unable to release/lock memory tabs.Other side was fine.Did not discover until I got around to putting system together,unfortunately that was three weeks past the newegg 30 day return policy. Tried to contact Newegg and explain my dilema over a defective board,NOBODY home at Newegg! Now trying to contact Asus.

Pros: I had ordered a EnGenius last year and it worked fine. So,I ordered the new 350,and installed it in early June after considerable help from a tech to get it up and working. It worked fine for six weeks, Now it constantly goes off line,using hard wire. I guess I caught a dud.

Cons: Will not work consistently after six weeks.

Pros: This is my third M59 case. They work great and have lots of room for everything. I have especially appreciated the sliders/rails to swap hard drives.

Cons: NZXT continues to ship the case with sliders which do not allow the use of either WD or Seagate hard drives. They are courteous and will ship the Same sliders that do not work! For the first two case's I was able to scrounge sliders from friends. Now no one has sliders,Fry's.Best Buy,or any local repair shops. New Egg offered to RMA the case back,not practicle after it has been completely built.

Overall Review: Buy another manufacturers mid tower case and save a lot of running around.
