SAMSUNG 850 EVO MZ-75E500B/AM 2.5
  • Verified Owner
  • Owned For: less than 1 day

Pros: The drive is incredibly fast, even on SATA II, which I currently have set up. Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Illustrator all open super quick as do all other apps. Haven't tested any games yet, but expect them to improve also.

Cons: None.

Corsair Gaming K70 Mechanical Gaming Keyboard - Red LED - Cherry MX Blue Switches
  • Owned For: 1 day to 1 week

Pros: Sleek aluminum body, beautiful back lit keys with 3 brightness settings that are independently programmable and custom gaming keys!

I've never had a fully mechanical keyboard, but the difference in quality is amazing. Keys feel great. Both typing and gaming are accurate. You don't have to apply much pressure at all to get a quick response in game. In fact, I thought I had a stuck key, but I just barely had my pinky on the A key and didn't realize it.

Cons: One tiny nit-picky con. The lights for numbers, caps and scroll lock are bright white. They feel out of place with the red back lit keys.

Other Thoughts: Keys are noisy but that's to be expected with this type of keyboard.

Corsair M65 Vengeance USB Wired Laser Gaming Mouse
  • Owned For: 1 day to 1 week

5 out of 5 eggs Excellent mouse! 12/27/2014

This review is from: Corsair M65 Vengeance USB Wired Laser Gaming Mouse

Pros: The mouse has an excellent feel and weight to it. I had always used a cheap no-name or MS USB mouse for gaming and I can say having a mouse designed for gaming makes a difference.

-Adjustable weights
-Adjustable DPI on the fly with per-configurable options in the software
-Very precise tracking
-Quite clicks
-Excellent feel in the hand

Cons: None so far.

Other Thoughts: It took me a while to get this mouse set up. I had to download the software from Corsair's website to get my system to fully recognize it.

Be sure to download the non-RGB software, Firmware 2.26, Software, as the RGB version is not compatible.
